WHO WE ARE
ProtoTAU is an engineering team from the University of Aberdeen that aims to compete in the Shell Eco-Marathon. The team of engineering and business students is dedicated to designing and manufacturing an efficient Hydrogen-powered prototype vehicle. The team consists of 7 sub-teams, which engineers from all disciplines can join.
There are also additional opportunities for business and computer scientist students. Come along if you want to be involved in what could be, the fuel of the future! We are active on all major social media platforms, so if you have questions, we will be more than happy to answer!
We are having weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams and anyone interested to take part is invited. There are several teams to choose from within ProtoTAU. See the Teams page for more information on the teams and how you can join.
Our Current Committee
Our dedicated Committee is working around the clock to ensure we will make it to the Shell Eco Marathon this year.

The committee's main focus is on administrative tasks surrounding the society and meets weekly in the New King's building room NK11 on the Old Aberdeen Campus, Wednesdays at 11am.

If you are interested in seeing what we are up to or are wanting to contribute, feel free to tag along alternatively keep up to date through our social media. The teams and the committee mainly communicate through discord.
